National Parks Zone
This is the most restrictive zone in the area as regards construction materials, surface, number of units and destination of the building. No commercial undertakings are allowed (except for inns or cabins in lots larger than one hectare).

Villa Lago Meliquina Zone
This is the commercial zone par excellence and the approval of blueprints is carried out in the City of Neuquén. The uses of the soil are broader and the bulding of commercial units, dwellings and tourist undertaking facilities is allowed.
